Warren James Krige
My visual journey into the arts began with the smell of oil paint and turpentine in my mother’s home studio.
It was, however, behind a camera during my travels that I found my true creative voice. Between 1999 and 2009, I visited over thirty countries, clicking through my eye-piece all the way. I fell in love with capturing the moment through a lens.
Line, colour, expression and mood have always fascinated me and I found that I was most intrigued when using these elements to take interesting pictures of people and places around me.
I am proud to be a partner alongside Danie Bester (Fine Art Photographer) in DPC, one of South Africa’s leading photography training institutions.
