ANETTE MOSSBACHER – Shooting Greenland with the XT-1

On a recent photographic trip to Greenland. FujiFilm Switzerland loaned me the FujiFilm XT-1 and 3 lenses; XF 16-55mm/2.8; XF 50-140mm/2.8; XF 10-24mm/4.0. I was keen to test FujiFilm’s camera and lenses in the harsh Arctic conditions.

BEN CHERRY – FujiFilm X-Photographer – Taking the best from the X-T1 into the X-T2

My name is Ben Cherry, I’m an environmental photojournalist and Fujifilm X-Photographer. I’ve been using the X Series for over three years now and was given the tremendous responsibility of being a part of the X-T2 project. Its predecessor, the X-T1, was a revelation for the X Series and was my go-to camera for the previous two years. With a huge viewfinder, weather sealing, 8 frames per second and an articulating screen, what wasn’t to like with the previous generation?

FujiFilm X-Photographer – Johann van der Walt – Morocco on a shoestring

My normal way of travel is to have a camera backpack (filled to the brim) as my carry-on luggage. Apart from all the camera gear, I also keep all the necessary extra things such as my battery chargers, my tablet and its docking station, a pair of socks and spare underpants in the backpack. So why on this trip I decided – at the last moment – to move my pack with all the chargers, wires, etcetera to my normal bag is beyond me!
