<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">After just one day of using the Fujifilm X-T30, South African X-Photographer, Nathalie Boucry believes this mid-range camera surpasses expectations. This is the story of her first 24-hours of using it.</p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">The last few months have found me busy presenting documentary wedding photography workshops across South Africa. It therefore feels only right that I post some photographs from a recent wedding and the story behind their making. Think of it as a ‘proof is in the pudding’ post where I get to share the story of a recent wedding I shot, discuss some tips and talk about the gear used.</p>

Was he impressed? You can certainly say so. </em></p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Long before I picked up a camera one of my favourite things to do was stare up at the stars and watch the world go by. There is something mesmerising and hypnotising in staring at the night sky and wondering what lies in the great beyond…</p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Street photographer <a href="https://www.instagram.com/waynehipe/"><span style="text-decoration:underline">Wayne Robinson</span></a> is currently working his way through the Fujifilm X-Series line-up. The first camera he is checking out is the X-H1. Here are his thoughts so far. </p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">A word of warning - the following blog is prevalent with adjectives, slight tongue twisters and inuendos and is written from a personal emotional viewpoint.</p><p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">So now that myself and google have your attention - I stand before you void of clutter, doubt and confusion. </p>

<h1 style="white-space:pre-wrap;">And the Winner is…</h1><p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">I was invited to present a lecture on Street Photography at Hein & Christine Waschefort’s Visual Skills School in Pretoria North.  Going past Johannesburg, I arranged with Fujifilm SA to get the long awaited 16-80mm lens for a couple of days to test its Street- and Travel Photography capabilities. </p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Here we are again, and I can already hear people say "another lens from a camera manufacturer”</p><p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Most manufacturers offer you an expensive “fast” lens, the more affordable mid paced high performance “slightly slower” lens, and then your budget option (which is normally a good entry level option in to the world of photography).</p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Deus is derived from the Portuguese language meaning, God; hence Deusa is the female equivalent of the word Deus (Goddess). </p>
